A bad call indeed.

No matter how hard you try, inevitably there are going to be those fashion missteps. This seems to be especially true regarding infants. Ask anyone you know and they'll tell you, "My mom dressed me in the most horrendous outfits." Go ahead... ask me. ;-)

Well, I made one of those fashion missteps. A huge one in fact! Last week, a couple of teachers that I worked with were kind enough to give me a bunch of clothes for Riley. They told me to go through them, keep the ones I wanted, and donate the rest. So I did, keeping a bunch of really cute things. The mistake I made was keeping the outfit below. I thought it looked interesting! It has this weird piece on the bottom that goes through the legs and then ties around the waist in a bow. Thinking it was kind of cool, I put Riley in it. Wow! Definitely a mistake. There were so many reasons that this outfit was bad, it's hard to list them all. I think the lace fringe at the neckline might be up there though.

I'm hoping that if I admit my mistake now, Riley won't get too mad at me in the future. She won't, right?
