This first clip was taken when I was still in the hospital. During that time I was pretty scared. This is mainly because I used to live in a warm, cozy (albeit wet) place but now I was in this colder, bigger (and somewhat drier) world. However, Daddy was always there to make sure I felt nice and secure. I love being in his arms because he makes me feels so safe. I know that he'll always protect me. He's the best daddy in the whole world!
This second clip was taken when I still liked to be swaddled. Grandpa K. couldn't figure out why I used to like being wrapped up like, well as he says, "a mummy." I wanted to tell him, but he was having such a good time chatting with me that I didn't feel like chiming in. He's so crazy! (Or is it Hooch? Mommy and Daddy make me watch too much TV - I need to have a chat with them about that.) I just love our "conversations" together!
[In case you can't make it out, Grandpa K. is saying, "What are ya doing? What you looking at? You're in a mummy's costume. I know. What are you trying to do?"]
This last clip was taken when Granny and Grandpa M. came to visit us for Daddy's graduation. Grandpa M. read me a story called "Ferdinand the Bull" that was read to him and Dadddy when they were children. In fact, it's the actual book that was read to Daddy when he was little, although I'm unsure if it's the same one that was read to Grandpa. It seems like it's in too good of condition to be about 70 years old. Nevertheless, I am honored that Grandpa read the story to me.
As you can see, I'm really lucky to be loved by these men. There's no way I'll ever be able to find another one that treats me as well or loves me better. Not that I'm looking just yet! ;-)

Those videos were fantastic. And, now you've got her first Halloween all taken care of. Riley can be a mummy... again. :)
