First Birthday!

It's amazing to realize that Riley has been with us for over a whole year now! Now when I think back to what was happening a year ago Riley is a part of those memories. Crazy.

A couple of days before her birthday, we went to visit Gran and Grandpa M. and had a birthday cake for her. It was carrot cake, and Riley loved it!



On the day of her birthday, we kept it low-key. First we tried out Riley's birthday present, which was a red wagon. It was a little chilly that day, so we had to bundle her up.



Then we went to visit the carousel. We met Erin and Tygh there, and both took their first rides. Tygh seemed okay with it all... Riley not so much.
